You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Holistic Wisdom, Inc. sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Boulder County, Colorado.

All items are NON-RETURNABLE unless they have a manufacturer defect. If an item has a manufacturer defect, you may exchange the products up to 30 days after your purchase. The exchange can be for the same product or a different product that is at a equal or higher value. If an item of a higher value is selected, additional fees will be charged.

All of Holistic Wisdom, Inc.'s products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to products sold on Holistic Wisdom, Inc.'s sites. The maximum liability of Holistic Wisdom, Inc. arising from any product sold on the Holistic Wisdom, Inc. sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Holistic Wisdom, Inc., it's owners, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

For defective items please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a replacement or exchange within 30 days. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working. If they are not, we will send a replacement or provide an exchange. Exchanges must be for equal or higher value. Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag.
