Return Policy
         What You Can Expect

We do everything we can to ensure that you receive the best in customer service.

If you have questions about products before or after ordering feel free to contact us. Please review our refund and exchange policy below-

All items are nonreturnable unless they have a manufacturer defect and all sales are final. When a refund is approved, it will not apply to eBooks, video clips & catalogs.

There are companies that may accept non-defective returns, but one must wonder if they resell them once they get them back and with our company you will always know that what you are getting is new, clean and unused by anyone but you because we want our customers to only get the best.

Defects-
All returns for defective items must be approved before we can accept them. We do not accept non-defective returns unless special authorization is provided. For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us.

If an item has a manufacturer defect, you may exchange the products for up to 30 days after you receive your purchase. This date can be confirmed via the tracking date of delivery through the delivery carrier used. Defective products may be exchanged for the same product or a different product that is at an equal or higher value. If an item of a higher value is selected, additional fees will be charged for the increase in price.

If an item is defective, we will pay for the return shipping and will provide you with information on how to ship it back when you call or eMail for a Return Authorization.

If the item is determined to be without defect upon it's return, you will be billed for the return shipping cost to our company and no refund or exchange will be granted. You will be given the choice of having us dispose of the product or have it shipped back to you. If you opt for us to ship it back to you, we will bill you for the additional shipping costs to reship it.

Exchanges-
All exchanges must be approved before we can accept them. We do not accept non-defective exchanges unless special authorization is provided. For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.

Order Returned Due To Your Address-
If we made an error in printing your shipping address, we will reship the order to you with no further cost to you. If you have provided us with the wrong shipping address or one that is not deliverable by our normal shipping means, we will require you to pay to have your order reshipped once we receive it back.

We require a deliverable postal address. If you give us an address that only a certain carrier can use and we have shipped it using another, you will be responsible for us reshipping your order once we receive it back (unless we gave authorization for you to use an alternative carrier for shipping).

Cancellations-
If you change your mind after you order and the product has not already been shipped you can opt for a store credit or an alternative product at equal or higher value. If an item of a higher value is selected, additional fees will be charged for the increase in price.

Refund Processing -

Refunds may take as long as 4 weeks to process, although they usually occur more quickly.

Limitation of Liability of Products Sold

All of Holistic Wisdom, Inc.'s products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to products sold on Holistic Wisdom, Inc.'s sites. The maximum liability of Holistic Wisdom, Inc. arising from any product sold on the Holistic Wisdom, Inc. sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Holistic Wisdom, Inc., it's owners, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

Return Instructions

Please note that pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us.

When you return your item, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories. Please thoroughly clean all used, returned, defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag and send it to the address below.

Please, obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for returns lost on the way to us.

Legal Action

Legal action brought against Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Holistic Wisdom, Inc. sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Boulder County, Colorado.

Because we also run an organization assisting sexual health educators and others in the field of sexuality we have many legal resources that we work with. Site Errors

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Holistic Wisdom, Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Right To Refuse Orders

An electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Sales Tax

Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Colorado. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
